Our Returns & Exchanges Policy

Due to their unique nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized Items: Any custom-made or engraved products from our “Personalization” collection. This policy protects the special, one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces. (Simple size changes can be accommodated for unworn items).
  • Earrings: All earrings, including hypoallergenic styles, are final sale for hygiene reasons unless they are received defective.

Refund Information

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and approve your returned item.
