Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following product types cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized Items: Custom-made or engraved products from our Personalization collection (unless damaged or defective).
- Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings (including hypoallergenic earrings) are final sale unless defective.

Refund Timeline and Method
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
